Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide from our warehouse.

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days for metro areas; 5–10 business days for regional and remote areas.
• Carrier: We ship via Australia Post or a comparable courier depending on item size and destination.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
• Large items: Power tools and luggage sets may be shipped via a freight carrier. You'll be notified if this applies to your order.
