Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to request a return: Contact us at sales@mccwarehousesale.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll offer a replacement or full refund at no charge to you.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exclusions:

• Opened tool skins (DeWalt skin-only products) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
• Luggage must be returned unused with all tags attached.
